To top that off, i felt utterly ignored when i asked for an upgrade-it woudl ve been the least they could do after all that inconvenience. Breakfast could have been more satisfying too, sadly. Just couldn't give a good review.

The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, particularly good bathroom. The location of the hotel was good - just a short walk away from Jaco Beach.

The location is great and perfect in a nice enough area, close to all the shops, the beach and restaurants and Close to the sea. The rooms are big size and functional and they have air conditioning, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. The service is great, includes secure parking.

The staff members were friendly.

There were climate control, multi-channel television and tea/coffee making equipment in the room, truly enjoyed that. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in a central location very close to everything. I didn't feel like leaving and would definitely book again.

Some people working there were hostile.

Loved our a nice size and beautifully decorated rooms in this place.

The staff is friendly, constantly ensuring our comfort! The lovely pool area and convenient location, just steps from the beach. Pura vida experience.

The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat during peak hours,, and we found that some rooms could use a bit of updating to enhance comfort.

For dads, it would be great if the parking were more spacious.

Just a solid selection for a brief visit in Jaco with attractive and competitive value for money. Enjoyed the self-serve coffee bar available all day, a nice perk.

It was just an appropriate option for a city holiday in Jaco with definitely value for money. The staff made great coffee available morning and night, a nice way to start the day. Make sure to enjoy the pool area while you're there, it's relaxing.
