my experience at los ranchos was quite a chore. to top that off, i felt utterly ignored when i asked for an upgrade—it woudl ve been the least they could do after all that inconvenience. breakfast could have been more satisfying too, sadly. just couldn’t give a good review.

Unfortunately, one friend had a rough experience with a potential infection from the pool. While the staff were accommodating, the owner’s lack of follow-up left us feeling a bit unsettled. I hope they address this for future guests.
